The Envelope, Please

The results of the mid-February Minor Illness Derby:

Ruby------Sinus Infection!

Carl------Ear Infection!

Mommy----Large bill for the doctor and the pharmacy!  The thrill of sinus rinsing unwilling children, twice daily!  The rigor of remembering the dosing schedule!  The adventure of finding some kind of probiotic supplement they'll really swallow!  And I'm still queasy.  I start feeling normal, and then I eat and it turns out to have been a bad idea.

Rod------Staying at work, and who can blame him?  He might have a cold, too, but he takes so much stuff for allergies that it's hard to tell.
